Answer: Reason 1: The total output power of this power amplifier board is 320W due to the too small power supply. When selecting the power supply, it is recommended to choose a voltage of 24V and a current of about 13A.

Reason 2: If there is no problem with the power supply, it may be that the power of the speaker is too low. For example, if the output is 100W, but a 25W speaker is connected, if the volume is turned up, the phenomenon of freezing will occur, and the speaker may be burned out.

2. The problem that the bluetooth cannot be connected.

Answer: The Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, but the Bluetooth of the power amplifier board cannot be found. It is not possible to change the mobile phone to test. There may be a problem with the Bluetooth module. You can contact the customer service to deal with it.

2. There is too much noise when playing music, or there is a background noise when no music is played.

The main source of noise is the radio clutter in the environment that is amplified by the power amplifier board, so as long as it is the power amplifier board, there will be noise. Therefore, try to use the audio cable with shielding function. Another possibility is that there is noise in the audio source, which normal mobile phones and MP3 do not have.
