User Tips

1. insert the SIM into the mobile phone upon arrival at the destination
2. for dual SIM phone, SIM slot 1 is highly recommended for our SIM
3. turn ON your mobile phone with roaming and data are both ON
4. ensure wifi is OFF at this moment; flight mode is OFF; network mode is set to LTE/3G/2G
5. wait for 1-2 minutes, it should be automatically connected to the network; in case if it is not, please turn OFF the AUTO search network and manually choose the assigned network – Optus (Australia) / Spark (New Zealand)
