Q1: Why is there a short power cut when charging two to three devices at the same time?
A1: When multiple devices are connected at the same time, inserting a new device or unplugging any device from the charger will cause a brief pause in charging for the other devices. This brief pause is caused by the reallocation of power to the charger. (When you connect 3 devices, the power will be distributed efficiently between the three ports to ensure you get the best possible charge).
Q2: Why can't the charger use fast charge?
A2: Our chargers are compatible with most fast charging protocols, but except for a small number of devices that cannot support fast charging, (for example, xiaomi devices do not support turbo fast charging). Please confirm whether your device supports it before purchasing. If you are not sure, please contact our customer service.
