It cannot be used normally: first, check whether the lamp beads on the LED lamp board are black or black. Next, look at the driver socket interface on the LED lamp board. Position, check whether the + pole or G pole mark is in the middle of the socket. If the positive pole position on the lamp board is not in the middle of the socket on the lamp board, you need to adjust the drive plug wire, adjust the driver + pole to the light bar + pole position to turn on normally. You can adjust the position by yourself (or send a picture for our guidance). For more information, see the following diagram.

Special note: the * 2 driver is not two drivers but the driver model, and the * 4 driver is not four drivers but the model. * 2 drive is a three-wire plug output, * 4 drive is two three-wire plug output.
