Vicks VapoRub Xtra Strong helps relieve 4 Cough & Cold symptoms      1. Cough      2. Nasal Congestion for up to 8 hours      3. Headache      4. Muscular Aches and Pains due to colds.

Warnings

When using for rub-on, DO NOT: Use on children under 6 years of age unless directed by a physician. Apply close to eyes. Apply to nostrils, wounds or damaged skin. Bandage tightly or use with heating pads. Consult a doctor: If fever is present or symptoms persist. If pregnant or breast-feeding before use.

While using this medicine: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation. Keep clothing loose. Do not use for steam inhalation.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Menthol 7.0% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 3.84% w/w. Also contains: Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedarwood Oil, Cardamom, Thymol, and Ginger in White Soft Paraffin base.

Directions

For nasal congestion and coughs: ?Use on chest and throat: Adults and Children 6 years & above: Rub on thick layer at night and/or morning. For muscular aches and pains: ? Adults and Children 6 years & above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.

Active Ingredients: Menthol 2.82% w/w, Camphor 5.26% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w.

Contains: Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil and Thymol in a petrolatum base

Directions

For temporary relief of nasal congestion and coughs associated with colds. Use on chest and throat. Rub on thick layer at night and/or morning. Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth. May be covered with a dry, soft cloth if desired. Steaming Application Method: Part fill a bowl with steaming water (not boiling) and add 2 teaspoonfuls of VapoRub. Then gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl. Children should be closely supervised to avoid scalding. May be repeated up to four times a day. Discard bowl contents after use. For temporary relief of minor muscular aches and pains. Use on sore muscles. Rub into skin up to four times a day or as directed by a doctor.

USAGE ADVICE

DOSAGE: For nasal congestion and coughs: • Rub-on: Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back. • Steam Inhalation: Adults and Children 6 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water (NOT BOILING) and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Then gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day. Use with care to avoid scalding. For muscular aches and pains: • Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.
