Ingredients:
1) Pro nature Broken wheat/dalia - 1 cup
2)Water -3 cup
3) Pro nature Honey - 2 tsp
4)Milk - 1/4 cup (optional)
5) Pro nature Sugar to taste Method Add Pro Nature Dalia to water and boil till dalia is very soft, you can add more water if required. Add milk, but this is optional.
To porridge add Pro nature sugar and mix well.Take care porridge is not too dry - it should be of flowing consistency.Serve porridge in bowl by adding Pro Nature honey on top.
